Thank you to everyone who ordered a pumpkin pie this year. Together we raised €250. I'm happy with that considering it was the first year and I plan to do it again in 2012.

This Thanksgiving, put your feet up and treat yourself and your guests to a traditional pumpkin pie and support a good cause at the same time.
About the Pies
I make each pumpkin pie in the traditional way, with a flaky all-butter crust and freshly ground spices in a smooth pumpkin custard filling.
Each pie is baked in a 9" (24cm) glass pie plate that will look pretty on your Thanksgiving table. It's delivered in a decorated box. Why not send a pumpkin pie as a gift? It should serve 8 unless your guests want seconds! If you'd like 250ml of fresh whipped cream add €5 to the price of the pie. It's enough for a generous dollop for each serving.
Who's Making the Pies?
I am! My "at-home" charitable bake shop is called, Cakes for a Cause. I'm professionally trained and over the years I've won many red ribbons for my baking, including pies! I've been baking in Monaco for the past 7 years and my full qualifications with photos of my cakes are on my website.
How Much is a Pie?
Each pie is €50 but it all goes to charity. You simply write a cheque for €50 to one of two charities that Cakes for a Cause supports, either MAP (Monaco Aide et Presence) or NYF (Nepal Youth Foundation). Please take a moment to visit these links to learn what they do. You can designate your €50 donation according to which of these charities you'd prefer to support. It's that simple. I keep nothing, your entire payment for the pie goes to a good cause. You pay when your pie is delivered on November 24, Thanksgiving day, between 2PM and 5PM.

How do I Order a Pie?
It's simple. Send me an e-mail: pumpkin.pie@gustia.net or paste the information below into an email, complete it and send it to me with PUMPKIN PIE in the subject line.
Once I receive your email, I'll contact you to confirm your request and answer your questions if you have any.
Unfortunately, I can only deliver pies within Monaco.
November 12th is the deadline for ordering so don't delay!
